About VerseWorks
VerseWorks is a poetry venue and organization started by Chris McCormick, and run with the help of a lot of friends. We meet every Tuesday night (from 8pm until)at the Art Bar in downtown Columbia, SC.
Our venue is currently 21 and up with no cover. All types of self-expression are welcome, with no censorship. We have “page” poets and academic poets, slam poets, singer/songwriters, and things that can’t quite be categorized. You are welcome here. Come see us!
